Hi, I’m Sandy—founder of PipelignIQ.
My career began in manufacturing, where I gained a deep respect for the power of systems, structure, and efficiency. On the factory floor, I saw firsthand how well-designed processes could transform complex operations into seamless, repeatable, and scalable production.
When I shifted into real estate in 2005, that same mindset helped me rise quickly as a top-producing agent and eventually open my own brokerage.
