While we offer support and front-end services, the underlying platform is managed by the provider. We are not responsible for platform outages, technical issues, or changes made by the third-party provider that may affect your experience. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and assist with support needs.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGING

If you use PipelignIQ’s SMS or text messaging features, you must comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending messages and for honoring opt-out requests. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Continued use of messaging services without consent or after opt-out may result in suspension or termination of your account.

PRIVACY
